Since 2002, Outdoor Impressions, Inc. served the community as a specialized turnkey custom exterior remodeling company, with multiple featured appearances on both the DIY Network's "Yard Crashers" and on HGTV’s hit series “Dirt 2 Design”. In addition, Outdoor Impressions was responsible for much of the development of one of Tampa’s most cherished hangout destinations, Sparkman Wharf.

Recently, Outdoor Impressions has partnered with Blacktree Development Group combining four partners who have been serving the greater Tampa Bay Area with construction and remodeling services for over 20 years. This merger created a new company under the name WATERMARK DESIGN BUILD, INC.

Both contractors saw a unique opportunity to fill a need for the Tampa Bay area -- a singular company with the ability to assist families with full scale remodel projects encompassing both interior and exterior. This combined with the utilization of the best remodel project management tool available, CoConstruct, and our processes developed over the years in order to execute remodel construction projects in a professional manner has and continues to set Watermark Design Build on a level of its own.
